Shubombo is a Tsb subsidiary company that was established in 2007 to provide provide comprehensive and complete farm management support services to Tsb Sugar RSA and other partners. It’s main objective is to produce high quality cane and to add value to shareholders and partners.

Shubombo also focuses on the following:

• Financing of estates managed and supported
• Intensive skills transfer to the beneficiaries and stakeholders
• Empower land claimants and owners/beneficiaries in business development and management skills
• Provide expertise on all agricultural requirements
• Maximize profitability and sustainability on the estates managed
• Provide production mentoring facilities in agriculture in Nkomazi
• Ensure sustainable and adequate cane supply to the Nkomazi mills
• Provide intensive support to the land restitution process
• Partner with the Department of Agriculture and Land Administration (DALA) and the Land Claims Commission (LCC) and enhance process success and sustainability
• Produce at least 40% cane for the two Tsb RSA sugar mills
