Citrus Holdings
Tsb Citrus Holdings acts as the holding company for Tsb’s shares in Golden Frontiers Citrus (GFC) and Komati Fruits.
Tsb has a 51% share in GFC (with 49% held by the IDC) and a 50% share in Komati Fruits (the other 50% held by Bosveld Citrus (Pty) Ltd).
Golden Frontiers Citrus (Pty) Ltd. owns 1,500ha of Citrus farms in the Nkomazi area and manages an additional 200ha of Citrus, 600ha of Bananas and 100ha of Litchis and Mangoes.
GFC exports about 3,5 million cartons annually, all through Komati Fruits, and Bosveld similarly exports 2,0 million cartons annually, making Komati Fruits one of the top 5 biggest exporters of Citrus from South Africa.
