After settlement of the Greater Tenbosch land claim approximately 66% of Tsb cane supply in Nkomazi will come from land reform beneficiaries and SSG's. Therefore Tsb has been proactive in establishing a Land Reform Unit to provide a support service to the Tsb operational divisions, JV's and land reform beneficiaries. This includes providing a company secretarial service to the JV's and capacity building of claimant beneficiaries and SSG's. In partnership with government it also provides a service which includes the redevelopment of land reform farms as well as mentoring the development of land reform beneficiaries. Tsb is a committed partner contributing to sustainable land reform in its cane supply areas.
