Success in this key role requires a degree/National Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering/Chemistry, whilst a GCC will be advantageous. Candidates further need a minimum of 8 years' working experience in a sugar factory at Engineering/Production Manager (or equivalent) level or higher.
